Smooth Cycles Shop Ride

Get ready to roll with us! We're thrilled to announce the launch of the brand-new Smooth Cycles Shop Ride, a regular group ride designed to build on our community of friendly cyclists in the inner north west.  

 

Led by great shop friends Kath and Chris (the Colonel), we'll be hitting the pavement and dirt for a relaxed and friendly ride. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just getting into the sport, this is the perfect opportunity to meet other riders, discover new routes, and enjoy the community spirit of cycling.

Details:

• When: This Saturday, 4 October at 7:30 AM

• Where: Meeting at the Smooth Cycles shop - 183 Mt Alexander Road, Flemington

• What to expect: A no-drop ride with an average pace of 20-25 kph, covering a scenic 40km loop. We will stick together as a group and regroup at key points, so no one gets left behind. 

• The route: A mixed terrain ride of just over 40km suited to gravel bikes (or bikes with tyres wider than 32mm) exploring some of fun tracks and paths. 

• What to bring: Your bike, helmet, water, spares.

 

After the ride, we'll head back to the shop for some coffee and pastries. It's a great chance to chat, share stories, and talk all things bikes.
